SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders above Rs 500. For orders below Rs 500, shipping charges are Rs 100.
When will my order be delivered?
We usually get your order to you within 8-10 working days. If in an unlikely event, it will take longer, we will inform you of the same.
What is your returns/ exchange policy?
We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from ladore.in
You can return all items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the value of the item purchased. Returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
How to return/ exchange items?
Free returns on all orders.

Please make sure you have the following information on the email:
- Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
- Reason for returns/ exchange
- Pick-Up Address
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Once you receive a reply from Ladore, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.
We will arrange for the items to be picked up at our cost.
Once we receive an item, we need 7 days to conduct a quality check. Post a quality check, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
Please note COD charges, if any will not be refunded.
